Lesson of happiness!

What can we do to be happy? At Yale University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world, you can attend the course of “Science of Well Being” in Positive Psychology and of that related to behavioural changes to increase happiness and build more productive habits. Not only the course has registered almost 2 million people enrolled in the free online course in a very short time, but it has also established the record in terms of classroom attendance of the last 300 years of university history. Among other things, the pursuit of happiness is even a right enshrined in the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America.

Even the pursuit of well-being and happiness can therefore require effort and commitment, but the good news is that we can work personally to achieve them.

Even a coaching path can prove itself useful, as we continually experiment with our coaches, to gain greater awareness of the boundaries that we often set ourselves and work on motivation to overcome them, adapting more positive attitudes and behaviours that favour our well-being.
