VE DAY 2020 - THE QUEEN'S SPEECH
"Never give up, never despair"
The speeches of Queen Elizabeth to the nation, in her 68 years of reign, can be counted on the fingers of one hand. A few weeks after the last one on Friday 8th March, at the same time as her Father communicated on the radio 75 years earlier the end of World War II, she returned to address her people confirming not only her undisputed leadership as Head of State but also as one of the greatest communicators of our times.
In fact, never as in this moment of change has the theme of engagement been so current. The ability to communicate and create real involvement becomes the key to establishing a relationship in which everyone can feel involved, doing their best to contribute to the success of the organization which they truly feel being part of.
