Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data that the sites visited by the user send to his browser, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites the next time the user visits them. Thanks to cookies and similar technologies, websites and apps remember user actions and preferences, making navigation faster and websites more usable (e.g. by storing access data or default language, etc.).

There are three types of cookies:

  • Technical cookies: they are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website, as well as the best navigation and use of the same. In turn, technical cookies are divided into:
    • Session Cookies: they are used to track sessions and store specific information about users accessing the site, ensuring normal navigation and use of the service (e.g., allowing them to authenticate to access restricted areas);
    • Functional Cookies: they allow the user to navigate according to a number of selected criteria (e.g. language) in order to improve the service provided to the user;
    • Analytics: they are used to collect information, in aggregate and anonymous form, for statistical purposes on the number of users and how they visit the website. The "Anonymize IP" option of Google Analytics is enabled on our website.

Technical cookies do not require the user's consent and therefore not even the creation of a cookie-banner, but only the obligation to provide a privacy notice.

  • Profiling Cookies: they are designed to create profiles related to the user, they are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user in the context of web browsing.

Profiling cookies require the user's consent and the obligation to provide a privacy notice.

  • Third-party Cookies: cookies set by a website other than the one you are currently visiting (for example, a website may contain the Facebook "Like" button inside it, setting a cookie that can be read by Facebook).

Third-party cookies require the user's consent and the obligation to provide a privacy notice.
