The Global Recycling Foundation has recently celebrated the World Recycling Day, to promote the culture of recycling. The main objective is to raise public awareness on how the art of recycling can be considered the "Seventh Resource" in addition to the natural resources of the Earth which, by definition, are limited and therefore exhaustible (Water, Air, Oil, Natural Gas, Coal and Minerals). According to "GreenItaly 2020" research, conducted annually by the Symbola Foundation for Italian Quality, Italy is a European Leader for waste recycling, with an average of 79.3%, which is double compared to the European average (equal to 39.2%).  France is in the second place with 55.8%, and United Kingdom, in the third place, with 50.5% of recovered products. The growing attention to the Green Economy in Italy is also evidenced by the investments that focus on sustainability in terms of green products and technologies by over 432 Thousand Italian companies, that is to say, about one out of three, in the last five years alone.
